Introducing our custom Boho Sunneby Pendant Light in naturally washed linen. Hand-stitched and pleated around our custom frame, keeping our signature bronze pillars visible from the inside. Our custom cotton weave is specially commissioned to fit each scallop perfectly and spun on local looms. It is perfect for a variety of spaces, such as dining rooms, kitchens, etc., and gives off a wonderful glow!

You can return most items for a refund within 30 natural days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.


Cancellation Policy

We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please email support@vinlighting.com. You must do this within 12 hours of placing the order. The refund will be issued within 2 working days after the cancellation of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order beyond 12 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.

We will try our best to meet your needs. However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be canceled.

Before installing or using the products, please double-check the following when they arrive:

1) Scan the package for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the items.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.

Return Policy

Production defects, lack of products, or shipping damage:

  • If the product you ordered was delivered with a manufacturing defect, please take a photo. Next, contact us immediately. We will reship it for you.
  • If you receive fewer products than you ordered, please contact us. We will send you a replacement for the missing items as soon as we confirm it.
  • If your package was damaged during packaging or shipping, please provide the appropriate photos. Once our team has reviewed and approved your package, we will reship it to you or give you a full refund.
  • Please ensure that the photos you submit are not blurry or obscured. Providing high-quality photos will help us resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your order.

Kindly note:

  • If the consumer causes the return, they should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If the goods received are damaged or not correct for reasons caused by us, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

We can accept your return, but not free for any reason. If there is something wrong with the quality of our products, we sent it wrong or missed it. We will give you a refund or replace the products.

We will not provide return service for the following non-merchant reasons:

  • Wrong size: Our sizes and measurements are marked on the product pages, please follow the product description to purchase. If you don’t understand, please contact our customer service.
  • The color doesn’t match your cabinets: Our products may have a little color difference due to technical limitations in photography. If you can’t accept this, please be careful when purchasing.
  • Buy more than you expected.
  • No longer needed after you receive it.
  • Don’t like it due to personal reasons.
  • Due to the incorrect delivery address or zip code you provided, the product can not be delivered in time.
  • Other non-merchant reasons.

Β Once we have agreed to your return, when your package arrives at our warehouse and is approved, we will return all refunds to the account you used to pay for your order within 10 working days.

All return processes must be processed within 30 natural days of the receipt of your package and approved by us.

In addition, we will need to deduct the initial shipping cost of your order from your refund.

Please contact us within 14 natural days after you receive your package.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange service. If you want to exchange the product for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 natural days of receiving your package. Confirm the details of your exchange when you contact us.

After we agree to exchange your products, please send back the products you received in their original condition. The products must not affect our secondary sales.

After your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and the verification is completed, we will reship the items you want to exchange within 3 working days.

Although we offer a free exchange service, you are responsible for all postage costs incurred in the return process.

1. Shipping Destination and items located

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Your order can be shipped to any address (excluding PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. You can contact us for information about shipping to your region or country. Our factories are in China and we will ship the package to you from the Chinese factory.

2. Processing Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays).

We ship packages within 1 - 5 working days of your order.

Our orders are usually delivered within 20 - 30 working days.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with proven carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. They offer insurance and tracking. All shipment times are on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time and are dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Delays

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, customs inspections, or other factors, may lead to occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Β We or our delivery partner(s) will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date. This will occur when events outside our control or our delivery partner's control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:

b) cancel your order;

c) give you a refund.

7. Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout. This will ensure accurate and timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Β Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. We are also not responsible for costs associated with an incorrectly provided address. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of the address. If we need to change an address, the logistics carrier will charge us a change address fee. If the new address is not near the incorrect address, they will also charge us for the additional redelivery cost.

Β If you request that we contact the logistics carrier on your behalf to request the change, then we will send an invoice to you. You will pay the additional costs at the time of the change. If you make the change on your own and the logistics carrier bills us separately, we will send you an invoice for that amount so that we break even. While the invoice will be charged by us, ultimately, we send the full amount to the logistics carrier on your behalf. We greatly appreciate your understanding. While we do our best to cover costs for our own mistakes, we cannot cover costs for mistakes beyond our control.



8.Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages

If there is no signature requirement, logistics carriers will determine at their discretion if an area is secure to leave a package. If there is a signature requirement, they will attempt to obtain a signature from someone at the address or nearby. If they aren't able to obtain the signature, they may leave a door tag with further instructions. Check your tracking info for details on the latest delivery attempts.

If the light is damaged or lost due to shipping, we will send you a new light for free.

If the package is returned to the place of shipment due to Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages, we will provide a re-shipment service.Re-delivery is a paid service (we will charge your cost of shipping depending on the package size and weight of different lamps).

If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, it is likely the package is nearby or may still be on a delivery truck and is not yet lost. Typically the package will be delivered the next day. If the package still cannot be found, you are responsible for contacting logistics carriers. Request a "trace" to locate the package(s). To be considered for a replacement or refund, you must request a trace to confirm the package is lost. All traces must be made within 7 days of delivery. Outside this period, we cannot file a loss claim with logistics. We cannot recover the cost of the lost or stolen item.

9. Multiple Items

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This is to optimize delivery times and minimize potential delays.

10. Import Tax and VAT

Β In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances, especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs. We need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods. This is the value at which import tax is chargeable. Please be aware of this. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Great Look. Easy adjustment.

I’m no electrician... this was easy! Looks great and exactly what we needed for the breakfast nook. Very easy to trim cord to desired length. (Just pick up the wire stripper for 5 bucks before you try it!)

The light is beautiful and fairly easy to install. The one issue we ran into when installing is that the wires weren’t marked in US codes so it took some extra work to figure out which wires should be connected to each color. The only complaint I have about the light is it’s pretty sheer so at night if the light isn’t on you can see the shadows of the light bulbs through the shade. But overall it’s beautiful and great for the price.

My boyfriend was very skeptical about how "plain" the light looked, I told him to trust me on this.

The directions could be better, I'm an Instructional Designer and even I had a difficult time following them. But we managed to figure it out.

Once we got it up it looked great! My boyfriend really liked it. We have it on a dimmer and we can have the light low or really bright! Love it.

This installed easily, the hardware for hanging was strong and not flexible. They have eliminated the green ground wire in the clear cable so that's no longer an issue to worry about. Be aware if you shorten the cord, you'll lose the wire markers for Hot/Neutral/Ground, so you'll either need to test, or strip the jacket off first before shortening so you don't lose your spot.

The only critique is the seam in the shade is darker, but honestly given the cost for the fixture compared to other options I can live with it. Really no other complaints, the fixtures went up quickly and provide plenty of light.
