Lighting Product Basics

Yes, we include complimentary bulbs with your light fixture purchase. It will be shipped along with the fixture to ensure you have everything you need. Please note that the bulb is a free gift and is not covered under our warranty.

Our LED lights come in three options:
- Warm Light (3000K)
- Neutral Light (4000K)
- Cool Light (6000K)
Choose the one that best suits your space!

The Three-Color Changing Light offers three color options: Warm, Neutral, and Cool light. Simply use the wall switch to cycle between the colors. Please note, it’s not compatible with dimmers.

We recommend cleaning your lamp regularly with a soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh cleaning products or improper techniques, as they may cause damage. We’re not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect cleaning methods.

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in color, measurements, and finishes due to handcrafting and screen settings. These differences do not affect the quality, functionality, or aesthetics of the product.

The default wire length is 150cm (59″), but custom lengths are available upon request. The rod length varies by product and can be found on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For shipping to other regions or countries, please contact us for more details.

We have 2 shipping methods, the billing methods are as follows:

  • Standard shipping: free shipping on all orders.
  • For expedited shipping charges please look for our Shipping Policy.

We offer UPS, FedEx, USPS, EMS, and more. Please contact us for details or to specify your preferred shipping method.

After your order ships, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to track your package or Track My Order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos or a video showing the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right for you.

Orders & Payments

No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, we recommend creating one for a smoother shopping experience.

Once you complete your purchase, we’ll send a confirmation email with all your order details. After shipment, you’ll get another email with tracking info.

Some products may be temporarily out of stock. Please contact us to check availability or confirm the status of customized items and large orders.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. After that, cancellations will receive a partial refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For changes, please contact us ASAP.
