I bought this for my husband for Christmas last year. His grandpa had one on his desk at work and when my husband was a kid, he always remembered that lamp. He was sure surprised to get one exactly like it and even made him tear up. It works great and looks even better, but the memories are worth so much more!!

Practical and attractive desk lamp.

Love the overall style and quality. My husband is using it on his desk in his home office. It gives off a wonderful ambience whether it is the only lamp lit or not. It spotlights his working materials with or without having to have an overhead lamp. He is using a 40 watt bulb and it is perfect. It was delivered very quickly and packaged securely.

I love the style of this lamp, and it looks great in my office where the main decor color is green. HOWEVER, because this lamp uses a standard E26 bulb - the same you have in every other light fixture in your house, probably - the entire shade doesn't light up when it's on. The receiver for the light bulb takes up a portion of the length of the shade, and that part doesn't illuminate.

The shade is made of glass instead of plastic, and I really like that about it.

Great lamp that also looks pretty. I use it on my jigsaw puzzle table and it adds the extra light I need.

Beautiful Glow

This lamp is sturdy and gives a warm glow. Worth the purchase. I would recommend this lamp after reading so many reviews. It came packed in molded styrofoam made to fit the lamp snuggly.
