FAQs

The Solar-Powered version uses solar energy and does not require a household electrical connection. The Hardwired version connects directly to your household wiring for continuous power.

The solar panel collects sunlight during the day and charges the built-in rechargeable battery. For best performance, install the light where the panel receives sufficient direct sunlight.

Runtime can vary depending on sunlight exposure, weather conditions, battery charge level, and how the light is used.

The IP65-rated design helps protect the light from rain and normal outdoor conditions. For severe storms, flooding, or extreme winter conditions, additional protection is recommended.

The solar version is designed with automatic light control. Once activated, it can respond to surrounding light conditions and operate automatically at night.

It can use energy already stored in the battery, but reduced sunlight may limit charging and shorten nighttime operation. Performance depends on the available sunlight and battery charge.

No, it does not support dimming. Please use a standard switch; do not use a wall dimmer switch.

Yes. Both the fixture and the included light source work with standard U.S. 120V power.

No. The LED is built in, so there's no need to buy bulbs.

Testimonials

★★★★★
I’ve had this lamp for over six months now, and it’s still as good as new. The materials feel premium, and there’s no wobbling or cheap parts. I’ve bought other lamps in the past that didn’t last this long. Definitely worth every penny for something built this well.

★★★★★
I ordered the lamp in September, and it was on sale for a fraction of what I’ve seen at other stores. I’ve been looking for a similar design, but this one was easily $150 cheaper without sacrificing quality. Amazing value for such a stylish product.

I live in Portland, and this lamp blends perfectly with my modern-industrial apartment. The matte finish and clean lines add such a polished look to my space. It’s both functional and a statement piece—my friends can’t stop asking where I got it!

★★★★★
I had a small issue with the instructions, but customer service was so helpful. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, and even sent me a video tutorial. Really felt like they cared. I’ll shop here again for sure.

I was dreading putting this together, but it turned out to be super easy. The instructions were clear, and I had it set up in less than 20 minutes without needing extra tools. Love when a product doesn’t give me a headache!
